Best of both worlds!
I've had the Codie Canvas tote for many years and loved it's capacity and look. But I recently started taking the train/subway more and wanted something more portable than the Codie, especially when switching to bike/scooter on surface streets. The Brooklyn Convertible Bag is perfect! I wear it as a backpack on days I use mass transit, and then converts back to a tote-style purse/bag on days I have my car. I love it!
